How To Redeem

To Book & Enjoy your Holiday offer follow below simple steps:

Step 1. Register: Log on click on the registration tab and submit mandatory details to register and activate your holiday voucher offer. On successful registration you will receive authentication number on your registered mobile and mail.

Step 2. Booking: To book your holidays, click on the Booking tab after 48 hours post registration and submit your authentication number along with preferred choice of 3 different destinations and travel dates to get your booking processed. TravelPort customer service executive will check the availability and get back to you on your bookings availability within maximum 7 working days.

Step 3. Holiday Confirmation Voucher: On receipt of the booking confirmation, pay utility charges of $ 40 for International and Rs. 899 for Domestic two nights stay, with additional charges as applicable for extra services booked thru TravelPort. (Secured payment link will be sent along with booking availability)Please ensure to carry this booking confirmation along with you to enjoy your Holidays.


The Offer is only for the bonafide voucher holder.

The Bonafide voucher holder must register the voucher before the last date of registration.

The voucher is valid till 12 months from the date of registration and last date of registration is as mentioned in communication.

To submit the Booking, the beneficiary must submit authentication number along with other mandatory details.

The Booking / Reservation request has to be given minimum of 21 working days in advance.

To avail the offer customer is required to fill in the online reservation / Booking form with 3 options of different destinations and dates.

On receipt of reservation / booking availability mail, the beneficiary must pay $ 40 for 2 nights stay at International Hotels(listed on redemption site) on twin sharing basis for couple towards utility charges and any other charges applicable for extra services booked.( ( secured payment link will be sent along with booking availability)

Please remember the booking will be processed only on receipt of the payable charges and online booking request.

TravelPort shall not be held liable or responsible for any holiday voucher that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, and late or mutilated. On receiving the payments and online booking request, TravelPort will issue a confirmation slip / booking confirmation on mail. In the unlikely event of booking being unavailable due to certain unavoidable reason, the offer will be valid for future usage( until validity period)
